Strength and Conditioning Classes

At TK Training, we focus on helping our clients reach optimal strength levels while improving their cardiovascular fitness.  Both of these principles are the basis of our strength and conditioning classes.  We offer five classes per weekday and one on Saturday.  All daily classes are the same, but the workouts change from day-to-day, which allows clients to come every day if they choose.  Every workout consists of the following:

  • Ten minutes of a warm-up, to safely and carefully ease into the routine
  • Twenty minutes of strength exercises, to build and maintain lean muscle mass
  • Fifteen minutes of conditioning exercises, to raise the heart rate and improve cardiovascular health
  • A cool down, which focuses on stretching and injury prevention


We are more than happy to accommodate clients with limitations and injuries.
