At TK Training, we focus on helping our clients reach optimal strength levels while improving their cardiovascular fitness. Both of these principles are the basis of our strength and conditioning classes. We offer five classes per weekday and one on Saturday. All daily classes are the same, but the workouts change from day-to-day, which allows clients to come every day if they choose. Every workout consists of the following:
