TK Training is a personal and group fitness center, which offers both one-on-one training sessions and strength and conditioning classes. Our clientele consists of people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. We strive to promote a positive and uplifting environment for clients to reach their goals.

Hi, I’m Todd Kresge, owner of TK Training. I’ve been personal training since 2012 and we opened TKT in 2017 to create the kind of training environment I always believed was missing—one where coaching comes first and everyone feels supported. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people build strength, confidence, and healthier habits.
This isn’t a big-box gym. Every workout is coached, progress is intentional, and our focus goes beyond just the scale. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, we prioritize smart programming, accountability, and a welcoming community that keeps you motivated.
At TK Training, every member matters—and our goal is to help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best for the long term.
Kelly Kresge has been working in the fitness industry for 16 years. She is a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist and fitness nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She specializes in helping clients reach their full potential with comprehensive exercise and meal plans.

Monday: 5:30am, 7am , 8am, 9am, 11am, 4pm
Tuesday: 5:30am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Wednesday: 8-10am Open gym, 4-6pm Open gym
Thursday: 5:30am, 7am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm
Friday: 5:30am, 7am, 8am, 9am
Saturday: 8am
**Open gym is available only to clients with memberships. Clients with punch cards may attend scheduled classes.

Our group fitness classes are perfect for anyone who wants to stay motivated and have fun while getting in shape. We offer a variety of classes to suit all fitness levels.
