TK Training is a personal and group fitness center, which offers both one-on-one training sessions and strength and conditioning classes. Our clientele consists of people of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. We strive to promote a positive and uplifting environment for clients to reach their goals.
Todd Kresge has been a certified personal trainer for eight years. He is certified through the International Sports Sciences Association. He specializes in strength and conditioning, and has competed in several power lifting competitions. He is also a certified TRX coach. His focus is simple—the only thing that matters in life is squats!
Kelly Kresge has been working in the fitness industry for eleven years. She is a certified personal trainer, weight loss specialist and fitness nutritionist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Her formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. She specializes in helping clients reach their full potential with comprehensive exercise and meal plans.
FALL SCHEDULE
Monday: 5:30am, 8am, 9am, 4pm
Tuesday: 5:30am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 6pm
Wednesday: 8-10am Open gym, 4-6pm Open gym
Thursday: 5:30am, 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm (no 6pm class)
Friday: 5:30am, 8am, 9am
**Open gym is available only to clients with memberships. Clients with punch cards may attend scheduled classes.
